STEM Academy

St. Mary’s County Science and Engineering Fair

Project Guide for Secondary Schools

“Defined STEM offers over 1,000 "Learning Connections" to stimulate student understanding in science, math, engineering and technology studies and how these subjects can be applied across all subject. These "Learning Connections" provide a single point of entry into an array of media, providing both teacher-centered instruction and student-centered learning. Defined STEM does this by providing instructional media to enhance the instruction-led acquisition of knowledge and applications to apply that knowledge in simulated real world settings.”
